Past Projects

All of our custom home designs are unique.  Jerry believes a home design should be a true collaboration between owner, architect and builder to make a dream a reality.  Having established relationships with a couple of very high-profile builders, Jerry works closely with them to deliver realistic price expectations to his clients.  Oftentimes clients are disappointed by a builders inability to construct what their architect rendered or the client's final building cost was so far off the initial quote, the plan has to be abandoned and begun again.  This waste of time and frustruation can be avoided.  Jerry works tirelessly to ensure this never happens to his clients.  "If these kinds of circumstances occurred to my clients, I wouldn't have done my job.  My job ends when my clients are enjoying their homes."

Whether Jerry is designing 1 story additions, 2nd story additions or general renovations, he believes that the new home that he designs should not look like an addition but rather that it was intended & built that way all along.
